MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – The Trinity College Women's Soccer team fell to host No. 21 Wesleyan University, 4-0, in a New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) battle at Smith Field Tuesday night. The Bantams dip to 4-2-1 on the season and 1-2-1 in conference play, while the Cardinals improve to 5-0-2 overall and 1-0-2 in the NESCAC

What Happened:
- Just over four minutes into play, the Cardinals delivered their first strike as Riley Buehler scored off a feed from Brianna Garcia to give Wesleyan the 1-0 lead.
- Leading 1-0 after the half, the Cardinals pulled away with two goals in two-minute span as Buehler netted her second of the game in the 49th minute, followed by a penalty kick tally from Meredith Feiner in the 51st minute.
- With 30:50 remaining in the game, Sheridan Snow found the back of the net following a corner kick to send Wesleyan to the 4-0 win.

- The Cardinals controlled the shot column, 29-4, during the contest with 17 shots on goal.
- Wesleyan generated more corner kick opportunities, 10-3, and received more foul calls, 8-5.
- Sophomore Lily Bracken made a career-high 13 saves for Trinity, while Molly Brumbach stopped the lone shot she faced.
