AMHERST, Mass. — The Trinity College men's lacrosse team dropped its regular-season finale to No. 16 Amherst College, 15–7. An early surge by the Mammoths proved too much for the Bantams to overcome, as Trinity fell to 6–9 overall (2–8 NESCAC), while Amherst improved to 8–6 (6–4 NESCAC).

What Happened

  • Amherst extended its advantage with two more goals to start the third quarter, pushing the lead to 13–1. • The Bantams continued to battle in the fourth, adding three more goals. Page recorded his second of the game off an assist from Ethan Lung, while Ryan Challice and Henry Schoettle each tallied once, with assists credited to Ethan Cobb and Jake Connors.
