AS A ROOKIE IN 2016: Finished third on team in stolen bases.

 BEFORE TRINITY: Two-year captain, scholar-athlete award recipient, and a .390 hitter as a senior for his high school team...also starred in soccer and wrestling.

PERSONAL: Also wrestles for the Bantams...enjoys drawing, fishing, golf, hiking, volleyball, and yoga...majoring in biology...son of Ted and Maureen Steckel.
