Keith Maurice begins his 11th season as the Trinity College Head Women's Ice Hockey Coach in 2025-26. Maurice holds a career record of 96-106-19 during his tenure with the Bantams. Maurice ranks second All-Time in program history in coaching wins, trailing Andrew McPhee (100, 2002-11).

Last season, Maurice helmed the Bantams to a 10-13-1 record with a 7-8-1 mark in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) as Trinity secured their fourth straight appearance in the NESCAC Women’s Ice Hockey Championship Tournament. The Bantams fell to second-seeded Colby College, 2-1, in the Quarterfinals. Maurice has guided the Bantams to the NESCAC Championship Tournament eight times, including a Semifinals appearance in his debut season in 2015-16.

Maurice came to Hartford after several successful years as an assistant coach at Ohio State University.  Maurice also served as recruiting coordinator for Ohio State, and the Buckeyes saw the top recruiting class in its history brought in under his watch. He was primarily responsible for the special teams and the day-to-day development of the Buckeye defensive corps. Ohio State was 32-33-9 in Maurice's two years with the team, including a 17-16-3 mark in his final winter.  Maurice began his coaching career at his alma mater, Norwich University, serving as the assistant coach of the women's ice hockey team from 2003 through 2013. He became the first assistant coach in program history and made an impact, leading the Cadets to an NCAA Division III title in 2011, two other NCAA Frozen Four appearances, and a 125-37-31 record from 2007 to 2013. Maurice served as Norwich's recruiting coordinator and was responsible for monitoring the academic progress of players. He was an integral member of the NCAA Division III Staff of the Year with Norwich in 2010, 2011 and 2012. Maurice also served as the head coach at several USA Hockey festivals for select 12-, 13- and 14-year old players in Vermont.

Maurice, who earned his bachelor's degree in business administration at Norwich, was a member of the Cadet men's ice hockey squad from 1998-2002 and helped them capture an NCAA title in 2000. The defenseman served as captain in 2002, guiding the Cadets on another national championship run before falling just short in the title game. During Maurice's playing career, the Cadets won three Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) East Tournament titles and made three NCAA Frozen Four appearances. He was named ECAC East Second Team following his senior season, and he racked up 57 career points for Norwich from the blue line.  Maurice is an active member of the American Women's Hockey Coaches Association (AWHCA) and is also a committee member of the NCAA Ice Hockey Rules Committee. He resides in North Granby with his wife, Meghan, and their children Chace, Max and Tessa.
