New London, Conn. - Sophomore Chris Bilicic (Chicago, Ill.) won in singles and doubles to lead the visiting Trinity College Bantams to a 7-2 win over the United States Coast Guard Academy Bears in men's tennis action this afternoon.  Trinity improves to 1-4 entering a New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) match against No. 6-ranked Williams tomorrow at 10 a.m.

Bilicic and classmate Granville Kaynor (New Orleans, La.) eked out an 8-7 victory over Coast Guard's Lucas Arora and Arthur Wicke at third doubles, while junior William Frigerio (Villanova, Pa.) and sophomore Tanner Boyle (Pembroke, Bermuda) won by the same score at second doubles for the home team.  Leading, 2-1, after doubles play, Trinity took five of the six singles points, including three on straight-set triumphs by Bilicic, senior co-captain Chris Caskin (Potomac, Md.), and first-year Ross DeRose (Buffalo, N.Y.). Bantam rookies Dylan Powell (Warwick, Bermuda) and Charles Killborn (Winnetka, Ill.) both rallied back from opening-set losses to take the next two at No. 4 and No. 6 singles, respectively.
