Harrison Ike (Allentown, Pa.) and junior goalkeeper
Cooper Yaccino (Kenilworth, Ill.) made 21 saves to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a 12-10 victory over the visiting Connecticut College Camels in New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) men's lacrosse action this evening on Jessee/Miller Field at Tunsill Muldoon Stadium. Trinity evens its record at 5-5 and improves to 2-3 in the NESCAC and 2-0 at home. Connecticut College drops to 4-4 overall and 2-3 in the league.
Trinity scored four unanswered goals in the third quarter to turn a 7-7 tie into an 11-7 lead and held off the Camels in the fourth. Trinity senior midfielder

Colin Sharp (Virginia Beach, Va.) at the 8:27 mark of the third and assisted on tallies by sophomore

Tyler DeSimone (St. James, N.Y.) closed out the 4-0 run with a goal from classmate
Andrew Bailey (Madison, N.J.) with 51 seconds on the clock. In the fourth frame, the Camels rattled off three goals in a row including the first two by Jared Rainville and the last by Liam Horkan with 9:01 left to play. Yaccino made a save moments later and Ike gave Trinity a 12-10 lead with the game's final goal at the 7:39 mark. Yaccino was stellar down the stretch with seven more stops including two in the final minute.
The game was tied 3-3 after one quarter, as Ike paced the Bantams with two goals. The Bantams led, 7-6, at halftime with Ike scoring twice more in the second. J.J.
