Thoughts from Coach Williamson:
  • "In the first half, we struggled to get into our rhythm. We're usually a really good rebounding team, and we weren't rebounding well. We didn't finish at the rim, and we had a hard time defending. At the half, we locked in on specific actions and switched things up defensively to give ourselves some confidence. The biggest thing was that we attacked and finished at the rim [in the second half]. It took everyone tonight and we finally embraced that. We had three players with huge double-figure efforts and two double-doubles. Our message has been that we are versatile and dynamic, and in the second half, once Avery started going, the rest of the team realized they could do this. Brockport will play completely different tomorrow. We'll see a lot of full court press and zone, so hopefully we can maintain our pose, rebound well and we'll take care of it."

Up Next:
  • The Bantams will be back in action when they host SUNY-Brockport (1-1) at Ray Oosting Gymnasium on Saturday, November 15 at 3:00 p.m.
  • This will be the first-ever meeting between the Bantams and the visiting Golden Eagles.
