HARTFORD, Conn. – The Trinity College Women's Lacrosse team fell to visiting Wesleyan University, 12-11, in a New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) battle at Robin L. The sides exchanged goals as Ellie Priesing scored for Wesleyan, and then Restivo fired home a free-position goal with 11:36 remaining in the third. Following an eight-minute scoring drought, Diomede regained a 9-8 lead for the Cardinals, but less than a minute later, Restivo found Alex Lesko on a break to the net, tying the game for the eighth time. The Cardinals added a pair of goals late in the third to take an 11-9 lead into the fourth.
