2nd Period

  • Ty Broad gave the squad a major spark to start the third period when he intercepted an outlet pass and dangled the goalie in open ice to even the game at one apiece.
  • Minutes later Trinity was unable to capitalize on a powerplay just before Ethan Davidson caught a lucky bounce for a rebound and finishing it to put the Cardinals ahead 2-1.
