meet again Saturday at 3 p.m. at Alfond Rink.
Trinity junior Alexa Pujol New Canaan, Conn.) and Colby's
Brianne Wheeler stopped 40 shots and 27 shots, respectively.

a shot from between the circles. Wheeler was heavily screened in
front of the goal and Kleidon was able to get a stick on the puck
for the goal. The Mules immediately called a timeout and

buzzer saved by Pujol.
After a scoreless first period, Trinity struck first when
sophomore forward Lauren Fitzgerald (Milton, Mass.) tallied at 9:20
of the second period off assists from juniors Sarah Duncan (Dedham,
Mass.) and Whitney Colbert (Ithaca, N.Y.). Colby's Annie
Papadellis tied the game at 1-1 with 12:51 remaining in the game.
She came over the blue line and faked a
shot before eluding Pujol with a closer blast.
Fischer and Katie Tang had assists on the goal. Wheeler made
a number of fine stops in the final 10 minutes of the game to keep
the contest tied.
