Hartford, Conn. - The first Bantams of the Week of 2020-21 winter season has been selected. With the cancelation of NESCAC competition for Trinity's winter teams, we are honoring our winter senior student-athletes as Bantams of the Week. These athletes have been denied the opportunity to compete in their final traditional season by the COVID-19 outbreak, but worked extremely hard and safely at practice this fall to prepare for a final chance to compete as Bantams this spring.
This week's honorees are men's ice hockey senior captains Dylan Healey (Goshen, N.Y.) and Nicholas Polsinelli (Galloway, N.J.) and seniors Eric Benshadle (Buffalo, N.Y.), James Callahan (Gladstone, N.J.), Blake Carrick (Orland Park, Ill.), Taggart Corriveau (New Britain, Conn.), Michael Grande (West Chester, Pa.), Sam Kany (Phoenix, Ariz.), Devin Moore (Danville, N.H.), and Timothy Weinstein (Norwood, Mass.). The ten of then helped the Bantams win the NESCAC title in 2019 and Trinity reached the league championship finals in 2018 and 2020.
